Short wheel base recumbent. Sharp looking machine. Bought frame new last summer SWB . Was USS now ASS. Can be converted. Rear suspension 700c rear . So what is new: complete front tire, tube, rim, (20 x1"3/8 front), rear tire 700c 35 mm, chain, bottom bracket sealed bearings, all cables, frame, bars,bushing for swing arm, boom, seat, fork and U brakes or V brakes not sure which one front and back. Used components 700c rim and cassette 7 speed, 3 speed front derailleur and cranks are Altus. All these part came from my wife's 5 year old hybrid Trek 720. Goose neck is a Zoom , picked it up used, rear derailleur Suntour (came off my Linear recumbent). Shifters are Alivio, came off my hybrid. Price tag $1000.00 not firm but ridged . Was out for a short ride yesterday. Shifts very nice. All that is still required is a seat pad , all it has is the contoured wooden seat . Supports from neck to butt and still missing handle bar grips . I'm 5 '8" the boom will reduce about 5 inches and increase 8" I think. I have a few pics so just email ref them and will send them off. Near New SCARAB Trike for sale in San Diego CA. Less than 200 mile on this fully optioned 48 spd tadpole trike. Beautiful white frame with black mesh seat. 2 front chainrings (no derailer), 8 cog cassette and 3 speed hub. Wireless Cateye Computer, twin mirrors, rack, bottle cage, SPD Road Pedals (cost $125), Primo Comet tires. Basically a GreenSpeed Clone since a Wicks Aircraft frame is used. VERY NICE trike. Paid $2900 including shipping. Will sell for $2,000 or best offer. Prefer pick-up in San Diego or somewhere close in Southern California. Barry, at SCARAB Trikes in Texas, ships all his trikes Ready to Ride (just add pedals and away you go), so I got it delivered by a freight company in a large makeshift crate and shipping cost about $290.00!! This is a superb trike. I owned a GreenSpeed GTO and the SCARAB is EVERY BIT AS NICE as the GS was. It is a little SLOWER than the GS, but I attribute that to the wider Primo Comet tires (the GTO had SKINNY Continental Grand Prix tires). after purchasing the bike. It has been ridden less than 200
km. The bike has many extras including: bikeE pump for the

bar end mirror, bell etc. This model also has the very comfortable
Sweet Seat with quick release levers. The bike is in mint

down the rack and bend the neck of the bike to work on a 20"

swingarm. Vanilla R was recently serviced and new D.U. bushings
purchased. I just got the 2002-03 dogbone upgrade with the
bearings and the rear end is nice and tight now. Also cleaned and
lubed the main pivot needle bearings and replaced the donut
bushing too. I will also include: spare 2000 swingarm spare der.

Upgrades include Phil Wood sealed hub wheels, XTR rear
derailleur, Ultegra front derailleur, Zzipper fairing (large),
and seat back travel pack for carrying extra tubes, tools, and
hydration pack. Less than 1,000 miles traveled. I also have
the original wheels (also Sunrim CR18). The bike retailed new for
$3100. The extras amount to about $850+. The bike fits
riders from 5’7” to 6’1” with inseams from 29-33
